These terms describe how Authentic Holiday provides its transport and tour services and what you can expect from us when you make a booking. By contacting us to arrange a service, you agree to the terms below.
Our services
Authentic Holiday offers private tourist transport across Morocco, airport transfers, day trips and multi-day tours, as well as tailor-made itineraries. Tour descriptions on this website are indicative; the final programme is the one confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made via WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail. A booking is only confirmed once we have sent you written confirmation (for example by WhatsApp or e-mail) stating the dates, itinerary, number of travellers and agreed price.
Please check the confirmation carefully and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted individually for each request and are those stated in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, they include the vehicle, driver and fuel for the confirmed itinerary and exclude personal expenses, entrance fees, meals and accommodation not expressly listed.
Payment terms (deposit, balance and accepted payment methods) are agreed with you at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and modification conditions are communicated with your quote and confirmed at booking. Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change so we can find the best solution together.
Some activities, such as hot-air balloon flights or desert excursions, depend on weather and safety conditions. If an activity has to be cancelled by the operator for these reasons, we will propose an alternative date or activity where possible.
Traveller responsibilities
To ensure a smooth trip, travellers agree to:
- Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa where applicable) and comply with Moroccan entry requirements.
- Hold adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
- Be on time at the agreed pick-up points and follow the reasonable safety instructions of the driver or guide.
- Behave respectfully towards the driver, guides, local communities and the vehicle; damage caused deliberately or through negligence may be charged.
Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, using licensed drivers and properly maintained, insured vehicles.
We cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, strikes, official decisions or other cases of force majeure, nor for services provided by independent third parties (hotels, restaurants, activity operators) that we book on your behalf.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. We will always try to resolve any disagreement amicably first.
